Resep brownies kukus coklat

Bahan A:

6 bt kuning telur

5 bt putih telur

150 gram gula pasir

8 gram tbm(starlet)

1/2 sdt esens vanila

Bahan B :

150 gram mentega

125 gram coklat compound dark

Bahan B dilelehkan di atas api sampai cair

 Bahan C :

140 gram terigu

20 gram coklat bubuk

1/2 sd teh baking powder

Topping :

kismis, cocho chip (optional)

Cara membuat :

1. Bahan A dikocok sampe mengembang kira-kira 10 menit

2. Masukkan Bahan B kemudian Bahan C dikocok dengan kecepatan sedang sampai rata

3. Masukkan ke dalam loyang brownies ukuran 30x10x4 cm sebanyak 2 loyang

4. Tabur bahan D

5. Kukus selama 25 menit
